The almost seamless transition between the Jonas payroll system and the bank’s AFT system ensures that our employees’ pay is in their accounts quickly and on time.” Union reporting has also seen a positive impact thanks to the automatic calculations and rate codes within Jonas. This has reduced their reliance on manually inputting information into the system and has saved them almost an entire work day, or 5% employee output per month, allowing them to be more productive overall. The user-friendly aspect of Jonas has also enhanced Tri-Air’s employee satisfaction. With functionalities such as J-Mail to streamline the invoicing process and the ability to send quotes directly through service billing within Jonas, the staﬀ at Tri-Air has a much easier and more eﬃcient way of communicating with their clients.

DataMart is an SQL database that integrates seamlessly with the Jonas system, so that as information is entered into Jonas, the ﬁnal reports will be automatically updated. DataMart allows for real-time reports to be built in third party applications using any data table across Jonas modules and multiple companies.
